Rock Band 2 hasn’t been fully revealed yet, but there is a neat new trailer.

Based on several confirmed song list additions, I am calling it. This first song list that Kotaku uncovered looks like it’s the real deal. I believe these are the 80 tracks that will be in Rock Band 2. Click through to see YouTube videos of any song you’re not familiar with.

  • A Jagged Georgeous Winter (The Main Drag)
  • Conventional Lover (Speck)
  • Supreme Girl (The Sterns)
  • Rob the Prez-O-Dent (That Handsome Devil)

This is a fantastic tracklist. Now I feel like Eric Cartman — waiting for Rock Band 2 in September is like waiting for Christmas times a thousand!

Wow, a collection of great songs, plus one by Linkin Park (hehe, couldn’t resist). And there will be 20 more coming soon for free, plus you’ll be able to rip your RB1 songs to your hard disk along with your DLC. I like how Harmonix is working to keep the fans happy!

But…

No Freezepop? Don’t all Harmonix games have something by Freezepop? I WANT MY FREEZEPOP! :)

To the best of my knowledge, Bang Camaro is not a Harmonix band.
